COVID-19 UPDATES
Dear parishioners,
I hope you are keeping safe and well as we enter this third national lockdown. As the new and more infectious strain of Covid is very prevalent now, we need to take extra care to keep ourselves and each other safe. Whilst our churches remain open for Masses (most of the time) that doesn’t mean you have to attend! It is important for each of us to take a responsible decision as to whether or not we come, guided by government advice, scientific evidence and prayer.
+ You should follow the guidance on the safe use of places of worship and must not mingle with anyone outside of your household or support bubble when attending a place of worship and come at least 20 munities before the start of the celebration of Mass.
+ Those who are suffering from the coronavirus or who show likely symptoms should not come to the church until they are well in the clear.
+ Sanitise your hands before entering and leaving the church.
+ Face coverings are required by law to wear a face covering immediately before entering and it must kept on until you leave. The mask MUST completely cover mouth and nose.
+ When arriving at and leaving the church please do not congregate in the forecourt.
+ Toilets will be closed at all times.
+ If you need to speak to Father Long, please stand aside, socially distanced from others.
Thank you for your cooperation in ensuring that we keep the church as a safe place to pray. God be with us today and always!
